<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />That VISTA BAYWOOD HOUSING, LTD., a Texas Limited Partnership
<br />
<br />of Harris County, Texas, for and in consideration of the sum of
<br />
<br />One Dollar ($1.00) cash to it in hand paid by the .cITY OF LAPORTE,
<br />
<br />receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby GIVE and GRANT
<br />
<br />to the said CITY OF LAPORTE, a municipal corporation of Harris
<br />
<br />County, Texas, the right to construct, reconstruct and perpetually
<br />
<br />maintain a sanitary sewer line together with all necessary laterals
<br />
<br />in, upon and across the following described property:

<br />Being a 15 foot - wide utility easement along the
<br />North line of a 10.000 acre tract of land out
<br />of 'the 'Frank "Bonn-er "Howa rd . Tracts -No.1, -2 and
<br />3, as recorded in Volume 3319 at Page 7 of the
<br />Harris County Deed Records,.out of Lot 23, W. B.
<br />Lowrance Subdivision, Johnson Hunter League,
<br />A-35, Harris County, Texas, as recorded in
<br />Volume 83 at Pages 596 and 597 of the Harris
<br />County Deed Records, said easement being more
<br />particularly described .as follows: .

<br />BEGINNING at a 5/8" iron rod found at the North-'
<br />ease corner of said 10.000 acre tract;
<br />
<br />THENCE, South a distrance of 15.40 feet, along
<br />the East line of said 10.000 acre tract;
<br />
<br />THENCE, N 76 511 37" W, 15 feet South of and
<br />parallel to the North line of said 10.000 acre
<br />tract, a distance of 389.75 feet to a point
<br />for corner, said point being the Southeast
<br />corner of an existing 15 foot wide easement;

<br />of said existing easement, a distance of 15.00
<br />feet to the North line of said 10.000 acre
<br />tract, said point being in the South line of
<br />that certain 9.4925 acre tract conveyed to

<br />by Deed recorded in Volume 6959 at Page 568
<br />of the Harris County Deed Records;

<br />THENCE, S 76 51' 37~1 E, along the common line
<br />of the 10.000 acre tract and the Watsonls Bay,
<br />Inc., 9.4925 acre tract, a distance of 386.25
<br />feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
