~TES AND BOUNDS DESCRIPTI.~ IIOLD LA PORTE - HOUSTON RO F. A. STAASHEN SUBDIVISION Being a part of that certain tract of land known as Old La Porte-Houston Road which is located in Lot 9 of the F. A. Staashen Tract. The F. A. Staashen Tract being described by the map recorded in Volume 1, Page 22. Map Records of Harris County. This particular portion of Old, La Porte-Houston Road which is 60.00 feet in width, lies between the South right-of-way line of the original 100.00 feet wide G. H. & S. A. Railroad right-of-way and the North boundary line of that certain 2.0 acre tract of land as conveyed by F. N. Staashen to Wayne Shireman on August 1, 1923 as evidenced by the instrument recorded in Volume 672. Page 33 of the Harris County Deed Records; in this instrument this portion of the road is referred to as La Porte County Road. This particular part of the Old La Porte-Houston Road is also mentioned in that certain instrument where-by Frederick N. Staashen conveyed Lots 8 and 9 of the F. A. Staashen Subdivision to A. W. Bill on April 26. 1948 as evidenced by the instrument recorded in Volume 1760. Page 93. Harris County Deed Records. This particular part of Old La Porte-Houston Road is more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of the aforementioned 2.0 acre Wayne Shireman Tract which is also the Northwest corner of that certain 0.7467 acre tract of land conveyed by D. C. Allen to 1. W. Bickham, Jr., on August 27. 1979. as evidenced by the instrument recorded under Harris County Clerk's File No. G 215864. Thence. North 0 degrees 29 minutes 38 seconds East; coincident with the East boundary line of that certain 2.7189 acre tract referred to as Tract B in that certain transaction where-by A. W. Hill conveyed certain properties to I. W. Hickham. Jr.. on March 27, 1972 as evidenced by the instrument recorded under Harris County Clerk's File No. D 560280; a distance of 63.76 feet to a point for the Northwest corner of this tract. Thence. South 69 degrees 43 minutes 43 seconds East; coincident with the South right-of-way line of the original G. H. & 5. A. Railroad a distance of 797 feet. more or less, to a point for the Northeast corner of this tract. Thence. South; coincident with the original West right-of- way line of 26th Street (Sens Road); a distance of 64 feet, more or less, to a point for the Southeast corner of this tract.
