<br />'KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />
<br />COUNTY OF HARRIS
<br />
<br />That I (We), Decker McKim, of La Porte, Texas, HEREINAFTER
<br />called the Grantor (whether one or more) for and in consideration
<br />of the sum of one dollar and other good and valuable considera-
<br />tion., cash to Us in hand paid by the City of La Porte, Texas, a
<br />municipality, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby
<br />acknowledged and confessed, have this day GRANTED, BARGAINED, SOLD
<br />AND CONVEYED and by these presents do GRAN~, BARGAIN, SELL AND
<br />CONVEY unto the said CITY OF'LA PORTE, TEXAS, a municipality, and
<br />to its successors and assigns the perpetual right, privilege and
<br />easement, with appropriate rights of ingress 'and egress and rea-
<br />sonable working area for construction and maintenance, to enter
<br />upon and construct, reconstruct, maintain, operate, inspect, re-
<br />place, repair and remove a. twelve (12) inch water main together
<br />with all necessary improvements over and across certain lands
<br />. and premises owned by the said Grantor, and located in the Enoch
<br />Brinson Survey and the Richard Pearsall League, in Harris County,
<br />Texas, the property being burdened with said easement being
<br />recorded in Volume 3146, Page 284, and in Volume 442, Page 403,
<br />of the Harris County Deed Records and further described below.

<br />; COMMENCING at the Southwest corner of said 23.0808 acre
<br />tract, said point being at the intersection of the East
<br />right-of-way line of 26th Street (Sens Road), with the
<br />North right-of-way line of North "F" Street, based on a
<br />right-of-way width of 80 feet;
<br />
<br />THENCE, East, coincident with the North right-of-way
<br />line of North "F" Street, a distance of 10.00 feet to
<br />the POINT OF BEGINNING of this 10.00 foot wide easement;
<br />
<br />THENCE, North, parallel with and 10.00 feet East of the
<br />East right-of-way line of 26th Street,a distance of
<br />160 feet, more or less, to a point for corner;
<br />
<br />THENCE; West, a distance of 10.00 feet to a point for
<br />corner in the East right-of-way line of 26th Street;
<br />
<br />THENCE, North, coincident with the E~st right-of-way
<br />line of 26th Street, a distance of 10.00 feet to a point
<br />for corner;
<br />
<br />THENCE, East, a distance of 20.00 feet to a point for
<br />corner;
<br />
<br />THENCE, South, parallel with and 20.00 feet East of the
<br />East right-of-way line of 26th Street, a distance of
<br />170 feet, more or less, to a point for corner in the
<br />North right-of-way line of North "F" Street;
<br />
<br />THENCE, West, coincident with the North right-of-way
<br />line of North "F" Street, a distance of 10.00 feet to
<br />the POINT OF BEGINNING.

<br />TO HAVE AND 'TO HOLD the above described easement, together
<br />with all and singular the rights and appurtenances thereto in
<br />anywise belonging unto the said CITY OF LA PORTE, TEXAS, its
<br />successors or assigns, in accordance with the terms and conditions
<br />hereinabove set forth. The GRANTOR does hereby bind himself, his
<br />heirs, executors and administrators to WARRANT AND FOREVER
