TEXAS <br /> <br />Being a 10.00 foot wide~ti1ity easement across the Westerly <br />portion of that certain 23.0808 Acre tract of land out of the <br />Enoch Brinson Survey, A-5, and the Richard Pearsall 1/3rd. League, <br />A-625, La Porte, Harris County, Texas, as conveyed to Otto B. <br />Schoenfeld by deeds as recorded in Volume 3146, at Page 284, and <br />in Volume 442, at Page 403, of the Harris County Deed Records, <br />said 10.00 foot wide easement being more particularly described <br />as fo11owsc <br />Commencing at the Southwest corner of said 23.0808 Acre tract, <br />said point being at the interesection of the East right-of-way <br />line of 26th. street(Sens Road), with the North right-of-way line <br />of North "F" Street, based on a right-of-way width of 80 feet; <br />Thence, East, coincide~t.with the North right-ot~ay line <br />of North "F". street, a distance of 10.00 feet to the POINT OF <br />BEGINNING ot this 10.00 foot wide easement; <br />Thence, North, parallel with and 10.00 feet East of the <br />East right-of-way line of 26th. Street, a distance of 160 feet, <br />more or less, to a point for corner; <br />Thence, West, a distance of 10.00 feet to a point for corner <br />in the East right-of-way line of 26th. Street; <br />Thence, North, coincident with the East right-qf-way line <br />of 26th.
