The 10.00 <br />feet utility easement is further described as being across that certain <br />23.5083 acre tract of land as conveyed by Bert Bleil, Trustee, to <br />Thomas H. Nation, Trustee on April 9, 1976 by the deed recorded <br />under Harris County Clerk's Film Code No. 138-20-0282. The 10.00 <br />feet utility easement is more.particularly described as follows; <br />Commencing at the Northeast corner of Outlot 40, which is coincident with <br />the interection of the South right-of-way line of North " D " Street based on a <br />width of 80.00 feet and the West right-of-way line of 26 tho Street ( Sens Road ) <br />based on a width of 60.00 feet. <br />Thence, in a Westerly direction; coincident with the South right-of-way <br />line of North" D " Street and the North boundary line of Outlot 40; a distance <br />of 10.00 feet to the Northeast corner of this easement and the POINT OF BEGINNING. <br />Thence, in a Southerly direction; parallel with the West right-of-way line <br />of 26 tho Street; passing at 430 feet ( more or less ) the North boundary line <br />of Outlot 41; passing at 900 feet ( more or less) the North boundary line <br />of Outlot 60; for a total distance of 1,322.50 feet ( more or less) to a point <br />for the Southeast corner of this easement. <br />Thence, in a Westerly direction; coincident with the present North right- <br />. of-way line of Spencer Highway ( West Main Street ); a distance of 10.00 feet <br />to a point for the Southwest corner of this easement. <br />Thence, in a Northerly direction; parallel with the West right-of-way line <br />of 26 tho Street; a distance of 1,322.50 feet ( more or less ) to a point ' for <br />the Nothwest corner of this easement. <br />Thence, in an Easterly direction; coincident with the South.right-of-way <br />line of North" D " Street and the North boundary line of Outlot 40; a distance <br />of 10.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING. <br /> <br />L.J ~ LL <br /> <br />~AMES F.
