Skarda, of La Porte, Texas, HEREIN=~ AFTER called the Grantor (whether one or more) for and in con- sideration of the sum of one dollar and other good and valuable consideration, cash to Us in hand paid by the City of La Porte, Texas, a municipality, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged and confessed, have this day GRANTED, BAR- GAINED, SOLD AND CONVEYED and by these presents do GRANT, BAR- GAIN, SELL, AND CONVEY unto the said CITY OF LA PORTE, TEXAS, a. municipality, and to its successors and assigns the perpetual right, privilege and easement, with appropriate rights of in- gress and egress and reasonable working area for construction and maintenance, to enter upon and construct, reconstruct, maintain, operate, inspect, replace, repair and remove an eight (8) inch water main together with all necessary improvements over and across certain lands and premises owned by the said Grantor, and located in the Enoch Brinson Survey, in Harris County, Texas, the property being burdened with said easement being recorded in Volume 6056, Page 50 of the Harris County Deed Records and further described below. COMMENCING at the Northeast corner of the South 200 feet of Outlot 1; said corner being coincident with the West right-of-way line of 26th Street (Sens Road) based on a width of 60.00 feet. THENCE, in a Westerly direction; coincident with the South boundary line of a tract of land conveyed by I. C. Wayne Norris to June M. Crittenden as evidenced by the instrument recorded in Harris County Clerk's Film Code Number 136-95-1457 and dated August 21, 1979 and co- incident with the North boundary line of the South 200 feet of Outlot 1; a distance of 10.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING. THENCE, in a Southerly direction; parallel with the West right-of-way line of 26th Street; a distance of 200 feet (more or less) to a point for corner. THENCE, in a Westerly direction; coincident with the South boundary line of the South 200 feet of Outlot 1 and the North boundary line of Outlot 20; a distance of 10.00 feet to a point for corner. THENCE, in a Northerly direction; parallel with the West right-of-way line of 26th Street; a distance of 200 feet (more or less) to a point for corner. THENCE, in an Easterly direction; coincident with the North boundary line of the South 200 feet of Outlot 1 and the South boundary line of the aforementioned tract of land as recorded in Harris County Clerk's Film Code Number 136-95-1457; a distance of 10.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described easement, together with all and singular the rights and appurtenances thereto in anywise belonging unto the said CITY OF LA PORTE, TEXAS, its successors or assigns, in accordance with the terms and condi- tions hereinabove set forth.
