<br />,f- __~ <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />TRACT No.4- <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />METES AND BOUNDS DESCRIPTION <br />10.00 FEET UTILITY EASEMENT.' <br />OUTLOT 1, LA PORTE OUTLOTS, ENOCH BRINSON SURVEY, A-5 <br />HARRIS COUNTY, LA PORTE, TEXAS <br /> <br />Being a 10.00 feet utility easement across the Eastern portion <br />of the South 200 feet of Outlot 1, La Porte Outlots, Richard Pearsall <br />Survey, A-625, Harris County, Texas as per plat recorded in Volume 59, <br />Page 313 of the Harris County Deed Records and. being the same property <br />conveyed by Robert L. Downs to Dennis M. Skarda on August 24, 1965 <br />as evidenced by the deed recorded in Volume 6056, Page 50 of the <br />Harris County Deed Records. The 10.00 feet utility easement is more <br />particularly described as follows; <br />Commencing at the Northeast corner of the South 200 feet of Outlot 1; said <br />corner being coincident with the West right-of-way line of 26 tho Street ( Sens <br />Road ) based on a width of 60.00 feet. <br />Thence, in a Westerly direction; coincident with the South boundary line <br />of a tract of land conveyed by I. C. Wayne Norris to June M. Crittenden as <br />evidenced by the instrument recorded in Harris County Clerk's Film Code Number <br />136-95-1457 and dated August 21, 1979 and coincident with the North boundary <br />line of the South 200 feet of Outlot 1; a distance of 10.00 feet to the POINT <br />OF BEGINNING. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />Thence, in a Southerly direction; parallel with the West right-of-way line <br />of 26 tho Street; a distance of 200 feet ( more or less) to a point for corner. <br />Thence, in a Westerly direction; coincident with the South boundary line <br />of the South 200 feet of Outlot 1 and the North boundary line of Outlot 20; a <br />distance of 10.00 feet to a point for corner. <br />Thence, in a Northerly direction; parallel with the West right-of-way line <br />of 26 tho Street; a distance of 200 feet ( more or less ) to a point for corner. <br />Thence, in an Easterly direction; coincident with the North boundary line <br />of the South 200 feet of Outlot 1 and the South boundary line of the aforementioned <br />tract of land as recorded in Harris County Clerk's Film Code Nu~ber 136-95-1457; <br />a distance of 10.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING. <br /> <br />~/&:d <br />~AMES F.
