Ford of Pasadena, Texas, HEREINAFTER <br />called the Grantor (whether one or more), for and in considera- <br />tion of the sum of one dollar and other good and valuable con- <br />sideration, cash to Us in hand paid by the City of La Porte, <br />Texas, a municipality, the receipt and sufficiency of which is <br />hereby acknow.ledged and confessed, have this day GRANTED, BAR- <br />GAINED, SOLD AND CONVEYED and by these presents do GRANT, BAR- <br />GAIN, SELL, AND CONVEY unto the said CITY OF LA PORTE, TEXAS, a <br />municipality, and to its successors and assigns the perpetual <br />right, privilege and easement, with appropriate rights of ingress <br />and egress and reasonable working area for construction and <br />maintenance, to enter upon and construct, reconstruct, maintain, <br />operate, inspect, replace, repair and remove an eight (8) inch <br />water main together with all necessary improvements over and <br />across certain lands and premises owned by the said Grantor, and <br />located in the Enoch Brinson Survey, in Harris County, Texas, <br />the property being burdened with said easement being recorded in <br />Harris County Clerk's Film Code No. 148-11-2507 and further <br />described below. <br /> <br />COMMENCI~G at the Northeast corner of Outlot 240; Said <br />Point of Commencing is coincident with the point of <br />intersection of the South righ-t-of-way line of North "H" <br />Street based on a width of 80.00 feet and the West right- <br />of-way line of 26th Street (Sens Road) based on a width <br />of 60.00. <br /> <br />THENCE, in a Westerly direction; coincident with the <br />South right-of-way line of North "H" Street and coinci- <br />dent with the North boundary line of Outlot 240; a <br />distance of 10.00 feet to the Northeast corner of this <br />10.00 feet utility easement and the POINT OF BEGINNING. <br /> <br />THENCE, in a Southerly direction; parallel with the <br />West right-of-way line of 26th Street; a distance of <br />380.00 feet.(more or less) to a point for the Southeast <br />corner of this eaSement. <br /> <br />THENCE, in a Westerly direction; coincident with the <br />North bou~dary line of that certain tract of land deeded <br />to Big Three Industries by deed recorded in Volume 8080, <br />Page 461 of the Harris County Deed Records; a distance <br />of 10.00 feet to a point for the Southwest corner of this <br />10.00 feet utility easement. <br /> <br />THENCE, in a Northerly direction; parallel with the West <br />right-of-way line of 26th Street; a distance of 380.00 <br />feet (more or less) to a point for the Northwest corner <br />of this easement. <br /> <br />THENCE, in an Easterly direction; coincident with the <br />South right-of-way line of North "Hit Street; a distance of <br />10.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING. <br /> <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described easement, together <br />with all and singular .the rights and appurtenances thereto in <br />anywise belonging unto the said CITY OF LA PORTE, TEXAS, its <br />successors or assigns, in accordance with the terms and condi- <br />tions hereinabove set forth.
