<br />.. . .. .1..>... <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />TRACT No.1. <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />METES AND BOUNDS DESCRIPTION <br />10.00 FEET UTILITY EASEMENT <br />NORTH 380 FEET OF OUTLOT 240, LA PORTE OUTLOTS, ENOCH BRINSON SURVEY, A-5 <br />HARRIS COUNTY, LA PORTE, TEXAS <br /> <br />Being a 10.00 feet utility easement across the Eas~ern portion <br />of the North 380 feet of Outlot 240, La Porte Outlots, Enoch Brinson <br />Survey, A-5, Harris County, Texas, as per plat recorded in Volume 61, <br />Page 374 of the Harris County Deed Records; Said 10.00 utility <br />easement is more particularly described as being across the Eastern <br />portion of the certain tract of land conveyed by Melvin S. Cohn, <br />Trustee to Donald F. Ford, Trustee according to the instrument <br />recorded under Harris County Clerk's Film Code No. 148-11-2507. The <br />10.00 feet utility easement is more particular described as follows; <br />Commencing at the Northeast corner of Outlot 240; Said Point of Commencing <br />is coincident with the point of intersection of the South right-of-way line <br />of North" H " Street'based on a width of 80.00 feet and the West right-of-way <br />line of 26 tho Street ( Sens Road) based on a width of 60.00. <br />Thence, in a Westerly direction;' coincident with the South right-of-way <br />line of North " H " Street and coincident with the North boundary line of <br />Outlot 240; a distance of 10.00 feet to the Northeast corner of this 10.00 feet <br />utility easement and the POINT OF BEGINNING. <br />Thence, in a Southerly direction; parallel with the West right-of-way <br />line of 26 tho Street; k distance of 380.00 feet ( more or less) to a <br />point for the Southeast corner of this easement. <br />Thence, in a Westerly direction; coincident with the North boundary <br />line of that certain tract of land deeded to Big Three Industries by deed recorded <br />in Volume 8080, Page 461 of the Harris County Deed Records; a distance of 10.00 <br />feet to a point for the Southwest corner of this 10.00 feet utility easement. <br />Thence, in a Northerly direction; parallel with the West right-of-way <br />line of 26 tho Street; a distance of 380.00 feet ( more or less) to a point <br />for the Northwest corner of this easement. <br />Thence, in an Easterly direction; coincident with the South right-of-way <br />line of North" H II Street; a distance of 10.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />7JAMES F. <br />Texas Registered Public Surveyor' No. 2021 <br />Date: JUNE 16, 1980 <br />Job No. 1287-80 <br />
