HARRIS COUNTY, LA PORTE, TEXAS Being a 10.00 feet utility easement across the Western portion , of the West 127 feet of Outlot 490, La Porte Outlots, Nicholas Clopper Survey, A-198 acording to the plat of record in Volume 1, Page 33 of the Harris County Map Records and being more particularly described as being across that certain West 1.20 acre tract out of Outlot 490 as conveyed to Earl MCLe~d on April 23, 1965 according to the deed recorded in Volume 6099, Page 352 of the Harris County Deed Records. The 10.00 utility easement is more particularly described as follows. Commencing at the point of intersection of the South right-of-way line of North" H " Street ( based on a width of 80.00 feet) as occupied on the ground and the East right-of-way line of Underwood Road ( based on a width of 60 feet) as occupied on the ground; said point being the Northwest corner of the aforesaid Oulot 490 and of the aforesaid West 1.20 acre tract out of Outlot 490. Thence, in an Easterly direction; coincident with the South right-of-way line of North" H " Street; a distance of 10.00 feet to a point for the Northwest corner of this easement and the POINT OF BEGINNING. Thence, continuing in an Easterly direction; coincident with the South right-of-way line of North" H II Street; a distance of 10.00 feet to a point for the Northeast corner of this easement. Thence, in a Southerly direction; parallel with the East right-of-way line of Underwood Road; a distance of 370 feet ( more or less ) to a point for corner coincident with the North boundary line of that certain 0.500 acre tract of land conveyed by Earl McLead to Ellis Ebarb in 1978. Thence, in a Westeriy direction; coincident with the North boundary line of the Ebarb 0.500 acre tract of land; a distance of 10.00 feet to a point for the Southwest corner of this easement. Thence, in a Northerly direction; parallel with the East right-of-way line of Underwood Road; a distance of 370 feet ( more or less) to the POINT OF BEGINNING. ~.
