The 10.00 feet utility <br />easement is further described as being across that certain 23.832 <br />acre tract of land conveyed by Bert Bleil,Trustee to Western <br />Equities Corporation by deed recorded under Harris County Clerk's <br />Film Code No. 162-05-0500 and dated March 24,1977. The 10.00 feet <br />utility easement is more particularly described as follows; <br />Commencing at the Northeast corner of Outlot,20, which is coincident <br />with the,West right-of-way line of 26 tho Street ( Sens Road) based on a <br />width of 60.00 feet. <br /> <br />Thence, in a Westerly direction; coincident with the North boundary line <br />of Outlot 20 and the South boundary line of the South 200 feet of Outlot 1 as <br />conveyed by Robert L. Downs, Dr. to Dennis M. Skarda on August 24,1965 according <br />to the deed recorded in Volume 6065, Page 50 of the Harris County Deed Records; <br />a distance of 10.00 feet to a point for the Northeast corner of this easement <br />and the POINT OF BEGINNING. <br /> <br />Thence, in a Southerly direction; parallel with the West right-of-way line <br />of 26 tho Street; passing at 470 feet ( more or less ) the North boundary line <br />of Outlot 21 and the South boundary line of Outlot 20; for a total distance of <br />900 feet ( more or less ) to a point .for the Southeast corner of this easement. <br />Thence, in a Westerly direction; coincident with the North right-of-way <br />line of North " D " Street based on a width of 80.00 feet and coincident with <br />the South boundary line of Oulot 21; a distance of 10.00 feet to the Southwest <br />corner of the easement. <br /> <br />Thence, in a Nother1y direction; Parallel with the West right-of-way line <br />of 26 tho Street; a distance of 900 feet ( more or less) to a point ,for the <br />Northwest corner of this easement. <br />Thence, in an Easterly direction; coincident with the North boundary <br />line of Outlot 20 and the South boundary line of the South 200 feet of Outlot 1; <br />a distance 'of 10.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING. <br /> <br />~_..J ~ d.d <br />tf0AM.ES F.
