<br />described wh1ch have been subdiVided into lots and blocks BIld makes this appl1cation
<br />to this Court tor Pe..-m1ssion to cencel certain portions ot such subdivision so as to
<br />throw the said lands back into an acreage tract as 1t e:x1sted betore SUlh subdiVision

<br />excspt ~aln Street on the South and Twenty-slxth Street on ths West. That a Railroad
<br />Company known as the Galveston, ~'risbu=g & San Antonlo Reilway Company owns a right ot
<br />way over Nineteenth Street. That allot" said area platted alX! shown as said addit10n
