<br />The granting of this 25 foot wide utility easement to City of La Porte is not an
<br />exclusive grant to City of La Porte of the easement as Grantor contemplates granting
<br />further easements covering the 25 foot wide easement whereby electric, gas, telephone
<br />and other related utility lines shall be placed within it.
