other good and valuable considerations to it in hand paid by THE CITY OF LA PORTE, a municipal corporation, domiciled in Harris County, Texas, hereinafter sometimes called "GRANTEE," the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged and confessed by Grantor, has GRANTED, SOLD, DEDICATED AND CONVEYED, and by these presents does GRANT, SELL, DEDICATE AND CONVEY upon consideration of the sum of TEN & NO/100 DOLLARS ($10,00) and THAT PORT OF HOUSTON AUTHORITY, a governmental agency and body politic, domiciled in the City of Houston, Harris County, Texas, hereinafter sometimes called "GRANTOR", for and in Authority and the City of La Porte do hereby agree with each other as follows: covenants and agreements herein contained, Port of Houston NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the mutual agrees to operate, maintain, repair, renew, and reconstruct such sewer and water lines and appurtenances; construct a sanitary sewer line and a potable water line and appurtenances to serve its lessees north and south of the closed section of North L Street in La Porte, Texas and does hereby donate to the City of La Porte the said sewer and water lines and appurtenances which will lie within the right of way and easement herein described; and WHEREAS, the City of La Porte accepts such donation and 196-88-2481.'
