<br />by the said Granto~, and located in the Richard Pearsall Survey in
<br />Harris County, Texas, the property being burdened with said easement
<br />being recorded in Harris County and further described below.

<br />This Deed of Dedication is signed under the promise that the three

<br />cedar trees located in Tract 1 of this right-of-way will not be cut
<br />down or damaged in any way.

<br />Starting at a found Exxon Pipeline copper weld rod at
<br />the Northeast corner of a called 5.52 acre tract described
<br />by deed-to Humble Pipeline Co. (now Exxon Pipeline Co.)
<br />found in Volume 5380, page 544 of the Deed Records of Harris
<br />County, said rod belng in 'the South line of West Main Street
<br />(also known as Spencer Highway) 100 feet wide and marking the ~ ,
