<br />e <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Coast Industrial Development Authority and First National Bank <br />in Dallas, Trustee (the "First Deed of Trust"); and (ii) that <br />certain Deed of Trust, dated as of November 1, 1981, from TCDC <br />of LaPorte, Inc. to John Ellis, Trustee, for the benefit of <br />First National Bank in Dallas, not in its individual capacity, <br />but solely as Trustee under Second Trust Indenture dated as of <br />November 1, 1981, between Gulf Coast Industrial Development <br />Authority and First National Bank in Dallas, Trustee (the <br />"Se"cond Deed of Trust"). <br />F. In conjunction with the easements granted hereunder, <br />the Owner of Parcel 1, the Owner of Parcel 2 and the Owner of <br />Parcel 3, in order to ef;ectuate the easements granted herein, <br />and only to the extent necessary to so do, hereby grant a <br />license to the owners of the parcels benefitted by such ease- <br />ments and, with regard to the easement granted to the City pur- <br />suant to Section III, to the City, to enter upon the respective <br />parcels servient to such easements, for the purpose of install- <br />ing, constructing, maintaining and repairing any such ease- <br />ments. The license granted herein is limited to the area in <br />the immediate proximity of the easements granted and shall in <br />no way be interpreted as a license to enter upon any other por- <br />tion of the servient parcels. <br />G. The improvements to be constructed pursuant to <br />Sections I, II, IV, V, and VII above shall be constructed and, <br />subject to force majeure, shall be completed prior to the date <br />on which the first building on any of the benefitted parcels <br />has been completed and is ready for occupancy. <br /> <br />-17- <br />
