. . e e III. Water Line Easement A. The Owner of Parcel 1 hereby grants to the Owner of Parcel 2, the Owner of Parcel 3 and the City, for the benefit of Parcel 2, Parcel 3 and the City, respectively, a non- exclusive, perpetual easement for the purposes described in Paragraph D of this Section III, in, to and under that portion of Parcel 1 described on Exhibit F attached hereto and made a part hereof (the "Water Line Easement Tract"). B. The Owner of Parcel 2 hereby grants to the Owner of Parcel 3 and the City, for the benefit of Parcel 3 and the City, a non-exclusive, perpetual easement for the purposes described in Paragraph D of this Section III, in, to and under that portion of Parcel 2 described in the Water Line Easement Tract. C. The Owner of Parcel 3 hereby grants to the City, for the benefit of the City, a non-exclusive, perpetual easement for the purposes described in Paragraph D of this Section III, into and under that portion of Parcel 3 described in the Water Line Easement Tract. D. The easement granted in Paragraphs A, Band C of this Section III are for the purpose of installing, constructing, main,taining, repairing and replacing an 8-12" water line. E. The water line shall be buried to a sufficient depth so as not to interfere with the present and future use by the owners of Parcels 1, 2 and 3, respectively, of the surface of the Water Line Easement Tract. In the event any installation, construction, maintenance, repair or replacement of the water line may be required from time to time and causes any disrup- tion to or interference with the use and enjoyment of Parcels 1, 2 and 3, respectively, by the owners of said parcels, the party effecting such installation, construction, maintenance, repair or replacement shall expedite such installation, con- struction, maintenance, repair or replacement so so as to mini- mize any such disruption and interference" and shall promptly -5-
