The Owner of Parcel 1 hereby grants to the Owner of <br />Parcel 2, the Owner of Parcel 3 and the City, for the benefit <br />of Parcel 2, Parcel 3 and the City, respectively, a non- <br />exclusive, perpetual easement for the purposes described in <br />Paragraph D of this Section III, in, to and under that portion <br />of Parcel 1 described on Exhibit F attached hereto and made a <br />part hereof (the "Water Line Easement Tract"). <br />B. The Owner of Parcel 2 hereby grants to the Owner of <br />Parcel 3 and the City, for the benefit of Parcel 3 and the <br />City, a non-exclusive, perpetual easement for the purposes <br />described in Paragraph D of this Section III, in, to and under <br />that portion of Parcel 2 described in the Water Line Easement <br />Tract. <br />C. The Owner of Parcel 3 hereby grants to the City, for <br />the benefit of the City, a non-exclusive, perpetual easement <br />for the purposes described in Paragraph D of this Section III, <br />into and under that portion of Parcel 3 described in the Water <br />Line Easement Tract. <br />D. The easement granted in Paragraphs A, Band C of this <br />Section III are for the purpose of installing, constructing, <br />main,taining, repairing and replacing an 8-12" water line. <br />E. The water line shall be buried to a sufficient depth <br />so as not to interfere with the present and future use by the <br />owners of Parcels 1, 2 and 3, respectively, of the surface of <br />the Water Line Easement Tract. In the event any installation, <br />construction, maintenance, repair or replacement of the water <br />line may be required from time to time and causes any disrup- <br />tion to or interference with the use and enjoyment of Parcels <br />1, 2 and 3, respectively, by the owners of said parcels, the <br />party effecting such installation, construction, maintenance, <br />repair or replacement shall expedite such installation, con- <br />struction, maintenance, repair or replacement so so as to mini- <br />mize any such disruption and interference" and shall promptly <br /> <br />-5- <br />
