<br />. 14.. In the event all or any portion of the property o~ilroad, subject to this
<br />'easement, shall be taken or condemned for public use (including conveyance by deed in
<br />lieu of or in settlement of condemnation proceedings), Grantee shall receive compen-
<br />sation only for the taking and damaging of Grantee's structure. Any other compensation
<br />or damages arising out of such taking or condemnation awarded to Grantee shall be
<br />assigned by Grantee to Railroad.
<br />
<br />This indenture shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the successors
<br />and assigns of the parties hereto.
<br />
