<br />of land near Fairmont Park as surveyed by Shaner, Hicks and Cherry on December r

<br />Commencing at the Point of intersection of the North right-of-way line
<br />of Fairmont Parkway (based on a width of 250.00 feet) and the West right-of-
<br />way line of a 150.00 feet wide Harris County Flood Control Drainage easement
<br />as recorded in Volume 4866, Page 160 of the Harris County Deed Records.
<br />Thence, S 890 53' 16" W; coincident with the North right-of-way line of
<br />Fairmont Parkway; passing at 726.75 feet the most Westerly Southeast corner
<br />of the aforementioned 186.689 acre tract; passing at 1,949.97 feet a 3/4 inch
<br />iron rod found for the Southwest corner of that certain 10.-00 acre tract of
<br />land conveyed by Eddie V. Gray, Trustee and G. Decker McKim. Trustee to La Porte
<br />Independent School District as evidenced by the inst'rument recorded under Harris
<br />County Clerk's Film Code Number 132-90-0768; for a total distance of 2..269.20
<br />feet to the Southeast corner of this easement and the POINT OF BEGINNING.
<br />Thence, S 890 53' 16" W; coincident with the North right-of-way line of
<br />Fairmont Parkway; passing at 5.00 feet a 1/2 inch iron rod set for the Southeast
<br />corner of a 0.6440 acre tract; for a total distance of 10.00 feet to a point
<br />for corner.

<br />Thence, West a distance of 135.00 feet to a point for corner.
