Page 503 of the Harris County Deed Records. <br />The 10.00 feet wide utility easement 'is described by metes and bounds as follows: <br />, Commencing at a copperweld rod marked 3264. which was found for the Southwest <br />corner of that certain 2.319 acre tract of land cpnveyed to Cajun Investments according <br />to the instrument recorded under Harris County Clerk's File Number H 819145. <br />Thence, S 860 52' 54" W; coincident with the North right-of-way line of Fairmont <br />Parkwa~ (based on 'a width of 250.00 feet); passing at 344.81 feet a 5i8 inch iron <br />rod found for the Southwe~t.comer of the Wayne Knox 4.00 acre tract and the Southeast <br />corner of the aforementioned 1.2: Z03 acre tract; for a total distance of 409.97 feet <br />to the POINT OF BEGINNING for this; 10.00 feet wide easement. <br />Thence. S 860 52' 54" W'; coincident with the North right-of-way line of Fairmont <br />Parkway; a distance of 10.00 feet to a point for corner. <br />Thence. N 3D 07' 06" W; a distance of 16.00 feet to a point for corner. <br />Thence. S 860 52' 54tl W; coincident with the North easement line of a 16.00 feet <br />wide Humble Pipeline easement as described in Volume 7908, Page 248 of the Harris <br />County Deed Records; a distance of 974.74 feet to a point for corner which is coincident <br />with the West boundary line of the 12.203 acre tract. <br />Thence.. N 30 15! 29" W; coincident with the West boundary line of the 12.203 <br />acre tract; a distance of 10.00 feet to the Nortbwest corner of this easement. <br />Thence. N 860 52' 54t1 E; parallel with and 10.00 feet Nortb of the North easement <br />line of the aforementioned 16 feet wide Humble Pipeline easement; a distance of 1049.92 <br />feet to the Northeast corner of this easement; said point being coincident with the <br />East boundary line of the 12.203 acre tract and the West boundary line of the afore- <br />mentioned 4.00 acre tract. <br />Thence, S 30 07 n 06" E; coincident with the East boundary line of the 12.203 <br />acre tract and the West boundary line of the 4.00 acre tract; a distance of 10.00 <br />feet to a point for corner. <br />Thence.
