OZ9-7B-1Z45 NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements herein contained, the parties hereto mutually agree as follows: THAT, Grantor, for and in considerat,ion of the sum of TEN AND NO/I00 DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable considerations to it in hand paid by Grantee, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged and confessed by Grantor, has GRANTED, SOLD, DEDICATED AND CONVEYED, and by these presents does GRANT, SELL, DEDICATE AND CONVEY, upon and subject to the conditions and stipu- lations hereinafter appearing, unto Grantee a right-of-way and easement for the purpose of operating, maintaining, repairing, renewing, and reconstructing one twelve-inch (12") potable water pipeline and one six-inch (6") sanitary sewage force main pipeline, together with their appurte- nances under, along, upon and across that a sixteen-foot wide right of way and easement across a 0.279 acre tract or parcel of land owned by Grantor in Harris County, Texas, as more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a ~ inch iron rod found for the NorthwesiY corner of that certain Houston Port Authority tract in the Enoch Brinson Survey, A-5, Harris County, Texas, and being coincident with the East right-of-way line 0 State Highways 146; said ~ inch rod found for the Northeast corner of Parcel 2A as conveyed by Harris County Houston Ship Channel Navigation District to State of Texas as recorded in Volume 4800, Page 261 thru 265, Harris County Deed Records.
