The' 10.00'utility easement is more particularly described as follows. - I Commencing at the point of inter.section of the South right-of-way line of North" H " Street ( based on a width of 80.00 feet) as occupied on the ground and the East right-of-way line of Underwood Road ( based on a width of 60 feet ) as occupied on the ground; said point being the Northwest corner of the aforesaid Oulot 490 and of the aforesaid West 1.20 acre tract out of Outlot 490. Thence, in an.Easterly direction; coincident with the South right-of-way line of North ":H " Street; a distance of 10.00 feet to a point for the Northwest corner of this easement. and the POINT OF BEGINNING. ~hence,'continuing in an Easterly direction; coincident with the South right-of-way line of North" H " Street; a distance of 10.00 feet to a point for the Northeast corner of this easement.
