<br />Waterline, together with all necessary improvements over and across
<br />certain lands and premises owned by the said Grantor, the land and
<br />premises being burdened with said easement being described as follows,

<br />the Johnson Hunter Survey, Abstract No. 35, in ,"
<br />Harris County, Texas, and being through a portion
<br />of Block 1147, Lot 17, in the City of La Porte,
<br />La Porte, Texas, and being more particularly
<br />described by metes and bounds as follows with
<br />all bearings based on the west right-of-way line
<br />of Texas State Highway 146 as being north~
<br />
<br />BEGINNING at the intersection of the north
<br />right-of-way line of "M" Street, based on a
<br />width of 60.00 feet with the west right-of-way
<br />of Texas State Highway 146, 386.00 feet wide~
<br />
<br />THENCE along the north right-of-way line of
<br />said "M" Street, West, 30.24 feet to the
<br />southwest corner of the herein described ease-

<br />THENCE departing the north right-of-way line
