<br />Being a 10.00 feet wide utility easement for the purpose of maintaining a
<br />sanitary sewer line across the East 10.00 feet of Lots 17, 18, and 19, Block 1101,
<br />Town of La Porte, Johnson Hunter, A-35, La Porte, Harris County, Texas as recorded
<br />in Volume 60, Page 114, Harris County Deed Records.
<br />Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot 17, Block 1101; said corner being
<br />coincident with the West right-of-way line of 8th Street (based on a width of 80.00
<br />feet) and the North right-of-way 1 ine of IIKII, Street (based on a width of 60.00
<br />feet) .
<br />Thence, North; coincident with the West right-of-way line of 8th Street; a
<br />distance of 75.00 feet to the Northeast corner of Lot 19, Block 1101.
<br />Thence, West; coincident with the North boundary line of Lot 19 and the South
