<br />from F. H. Christensen, et ux" to Lee Roy Welch, et ux, by deed executed on

<br />County Deed Records, Harris County, Texas. Said 0.0279 acre of land being
<br />more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows:

<br />recorded under Fil e No. 0-159776 of the Harri s County Deed Records, from
<br />which a 5/8-inch iron rod found bears South 84 degrees 17 minutes 00 seconds
<br />West, a distance of 1.56 feet;

<br />THENCE, North 03 degrees 03 minutes 12 seconds West, along the East right-
<br />of-way line of said 26th Street (Sens Road), a distance of 293.26 feet to
<br />the POINT OF BEGINNING of the herein described 0.0279 acre of land;

<br />East right-of-way line, a distance of 70.78 feet to the Northwest corner of
<br />Outlot 915, same being the Southwest corner of Outlot 914;
