<br />being a 0.0685 acre (2,982 square feet) tract of land located in the
<br />Enoch Brinson Survey, Abstract No.5, Harris County, Texas, being
<br />m:>re particularly described by metes and bounds on Exhibit "A"
<br />attached hereto, ;incorporated by reference herein, and made a part
<br />hereof for all purposes, and as being m:>re particularly shown on a
<br />plat. attached hereto as Exhibit IIBII, incorporated by J;:'eference
<br />here~n, and made a part hereof for all purposes, being a 20 foot
<br />wide water l~ easement.

<br />Grantor and the City of Ia Porte shall erect no pennanent structures
<br />above ground. Grantor shall have reasonable access across the
<br />easement.
