<br />Deed Records. Said Southwest corner being on the East right-of-way line of
<br />26th Street (Sens Road), 60 feet wide, same being the West 1 in~ of a
<br />10-foot wide Southwestern Bell Telephone Company easement, as recorded under
<br />File No. 0-159776 of the Harris County Deed Records, from which a 5/8-inch
<br />iron rod found bears South 84 degrees 17 minutes 00 seconds West, a distance
