No. G 484569); said corner being on the South boundary line of said PPG Industries tract. Thence North 86 degrees 56 minutes 40 seconds East; coincident with the South boundary line of said PPG Industries tract; a distance of 40.02 feet to the Southwest corner of this proposed 10.00 feet wide utility easement and the POINT OF BEGINNING Thence, North 1 degree 01 minutes 08 seconds West; a distance of 0.36 feet to a point of curve.
