"TRACT NO. 11" <br /> <br />T4S:6S=Z460 <br /> <br />. . <br /> <br />Being a 10 feet wide utility easement along the West <br />boundary line of that certain 1.739 acre tract ("Tract No. 11"); <br />as conveyed by Fairmont Park Sales Company et.al. to Eddie V. <br />Gray, Trustee, et.al. on January 25, 1974. (Harris County Clerk's <br />File No.. E 103745); in the W. M. Jones Survey. A-482," La Porte. <br />Harris County, Texas. The 10.00 feet wide utility easement is <br />more particularly described by mete~ and bounds as follows: <br /> <br />'Beginning at the Northwest corner of said 1.739 acre tract; <br />being the point of inters~ction of the South right-of-way line of <br />Hillridge Road (based' on a w"1dth of 60.00 feet) (Volume 52. Page <br />21 Harris County Map Records) and the East line of a 150 feet <br />wide Harris County Flood Control District Drainage right-of-way <br />(Unit B-106) (Big Island Slough) (Volume 4866. Page 160. Harris <br />County Deed Records). ' <br /> <br />Thence, in a Northeasterly direction; coincident with the <br />North boundary line of said 1.739 acre tract and the South right- <br />of-way line of said Hillridge Road; following a curve to the <br />left; said curve having a central angle of 0 degrees 27 minutes <br />01. seconds, a radius of 1301.64 feet, chord bearing. and distance <br />of of North 61 degrees 50 minutes 08 seconds East-10.23 feet; for <br />an arc distance of 10.23 feet to-the Northeast corner of this <br />10.00 feet wide utility easement. <br /> <br />Thence, South 15 degrees 58 minutes 00 seconds East; 10 feet <br />East of and parallel to the West boundary line of said 1.739 acre <br />tract; a distance of 464.05 feet to the Southeast corner of this <br />10.00 feet wide utility easement. <br /> <br />Thence, South 49 degrees 16 minutes 24 seconds West; <br />coincident with the South boundary line of said 1.739 acre tract <br />and the North bounda~y line of that certain City of La Porte <br />15.154 acre tract (H.C.C.F.
