<br />appurtenances) at, below and from ground level upward, located on, under, over,

<br />and across the following described lands, to wit:

<br />A portion of the sixteen (16) foot wide dedicated alley located within
<br />Block 1101 of LaPorte, a subdivision, out of the Johnson Hunter
<br />Survey, Abstract 35, accordi~g to the map or plat thereof recorded in
<br />Volume 60, Page 112 of the Deed Records of Harris County, Texas.

<br />The easement herein granted is ten (10) feet wide and 325.0 feet long,
<br />being a portion of said dedicated alley, the location of which is
<br />shown by the crosshatched area on Sketch No. 588-149, attached hereto
<br />and made a part hereof.

<br />Grantee shall also have rights of ingress and egress to and from said
<br />
<br />"
<br />easement, together with reasonable working space, for the purposes of erecting,
<br />
<br />installing, operating, maintaining, replacing, inspecting, and removing said
<br />
<br />electric distribution facilities, together with the additional right to remove
<br />
<br />from said easement and land adj oining thereto, all bushes, trees and parts
<br />
<br />thereof or other structures which, in the opinion of Grantee, endanger or may
<br />
<br />interfere with the efficiency, safety and proper operation and maintenance of
<br />
<br />said electric aistr~bution facilities.
