Box 1115 ,- La Porte, TX 77572-1115 METES AND BOUNDS DESCRIPTION of a PROPOSED WATER LINE EASEMENT within the Enoch Brinson Survey Abstract No. 5 Harris cOunty, Texas May 8, 1990 EH&A Job No. 12427-63 Being 0.3076 of one acre (13,397 square feet) of land for a proposed Water Line Easement along 0 with a 10 foot wide Temporary Construction Easement within the Enoch Brinson Survey, Abstract No.5, Harris County, Texas, and being a portion of that certain tract of land described in a deed to the La Porte Independent School District (L.P.I.S.D.) recorded under File Number E628500, Film Code 132-10-1089 of the Harris County Official Public Records of Real Property (H.C.O.P.RRP.), same being a portion of the East 112 of Lot 422 of the La Porte Outlots as recorded in Volume 61, Page 374 of the Harris County Deed Records (H.C.D.R.); said 0.3076 of one acre proposed water line easement being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows: BEGINNING at a 112-inch iron rod found on the north right-of-way line of North "L" Street (80' RO. W.) at the southwest corner of said L.P.I.S.D. property, same being the southwest corner of said East 112 of Lot 422 and the southeast corner of that certain tract of land described as being the West 112 of Lot 422 recorded in Volume 2733, Page 442 of said H.C.D.R.; THENCE NORTH, along the west line of said L.P.I.S.D. tract, the west line of said East 112 of Lot 422 and the east line of said West 112 of Lot 422, a distance of 869.70 feet to a 112-inch iron rod found at the northwest corner of said L.P.I.S.D. tract, same being the northeast corner of that certain tract of land described as 2.4166 acres in a deed to James Lloyd Dacus, el ux, recorded under File Number D404305, Film Code 133-27-0839 of said H.C.O.P.R.R.P. and the southwest corner of that certain tract of land described as 0.167 of one acre (7,260 square feet) in a deed to the Harris County Flood Control District recorded under File Number C327923, Film Code 055-28-0624 of said H.C,O.P.R.R.P.; THENCE EAST, along the north line of said L.P.I.S.D. and the south line of said Harris County Flood Control District tract, a distance of 20.00 feet; THENCE crossing said L.P.I.S.D. tract and said East 112 of Lot 422, the following three (3) courses: 1.) SOUTH a distance of 470.00 feet, 2.) WEST a distance of 10.00 feet, and 3.) SOUTH a distance of 399.70 feet to the south line of said L.P.I.S.D. tract and said East 112 of Lot 422, same being on said North ilL" Street north right-of-way line;
