BOX 1115 <br /> <br />UTI LIT Y <br /> <br />E A S E MEN T <br /> <br />THE STATE OF TEXAS <br />COUNTY OF HARRIS <br /> <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br /> <br />That I (We) <br /> <br />Wi na.rd ,~Qng ,_ <br /> <br />of Bayshore Baptist Church <br />HEREINAFTER CALLED THE GRANTOR (whether one or more) for and in <br /> <br />consideration of the sum of $0.00 <br />and other good and valuable consideration, cash to Us in hand <br />paid by the City of La Porte, Texas, a municipality, the receipt <br />and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged and confessed, <br />have this day GRANTED, BARGAINED, SOLD AND CONVEYED and by these <br />presents do GRANT, BARGAIN, SELL, AND CONVEY unto the said CITY <br />OF LA PORTE, TEXAS, a municipality I its successors and assigns, <br />for use by the City of La Porte the perpetual right, privilege <br />and easement, with appropriate rights of ingress and egress and <br />reasonable working area for construction and maintenance, to <br />enter upon and construct, reconstruct, maintain, operate, <br />inspect, replace, repair and remove a sanitary sewer collection <br />line with facilities and a water distribution line with <br />facilities over and across certain lands and premises owned by <br />the said Grantor, and located in the W. M. Jones Survey, Abstract <br />Number 482, in Harris County, Texas, the property being <br />burdened with said easement being described in a deed from -IH2 <br />Spencer Hiahway. LTD to Bayshore Baptist Church dated <br />May' 1. 1985 and recorded under Harris County Clerk's File <br />No. K006349 in the Deed Records of Harris County, Texas, and <br />further described below. <br />SEE METES AND BOUNDS DESCRIPTION TITLED "EXHIBIT A", "CITY OF <br />LA PORTE UTILITY EASEMENT", ATTACHED HERETO. <br /> <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described easement, together <br />with all and singular the rights and appurtenances thereto in <br />anywise belonging unto the said CITY OF LA PORTE, TEXAS, its <br />successors and assigns in accordance with the terms and <br />conditions hereinabove set forth. The GRANTOR does hereby bind <br />himself, his heirs, executors and administrators to WARRANT AND <br />FOREVER DEFEND, all and singular the said easement unto the said <br />CITY OF LA PORTE, TEXAS, its successors and assigns, against <br />every person whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the same or <br />any part thereof. <br /> <br />WITNESS THE EXECUTION HEREOF on this the <br /> <br />20 <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />JULY <br /> <br />A.
