<br />easement, with appropriate rights of ingress and egress and

<br />reasonable working area for construction and maintenance, to enter

<br />replace, repair and remove, a twelve inch (120) water line and

<br />facilities, over and across certain lands and premises owned by the

<br />said Grantor, and located in Harris County, Texas, said easement

<br />being more particularly described as a ten foot (10') wide strip of
<br />land, immediately south of and contiguous to the right-of-way of
<br />Spencer Highway, based on one hundred foot (100') right-of-way
<br />width, the property being burdened with said ten foot (10') wide
<br />
<br />water line easement being more particularly described as follows,
<br />
<br />to-wit:
<br />
<br />Lots 167 & 168, Block 10, Spenwick Place, Section Two
<br />(2), an addition in Harris County, Texas, according to
<br />the map or plat recorded in Volume 48, Page 11 of the Map
<br />Records of Harris County, Texas.
