<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />Sr., of Harris County, Texas, hereinafter
<br />
<br />called the Grantor (whether one or more) for and in consideration of
<br />
<br />the sum of Ten and No/IOO Dollars ($lO.OO) cash and other good and
<br />
<br />valuable considerations, to us in hand paid by the City of La Porte,
<br />
<br />a municipal corporation, of Harris County, Texas, the receipt and
<br />
<br />sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged and confessed, have this
<br />
<br />day GRANTED, BARGAINED, SOLD AND CONVEYED and by these presents does
<br />GRANT, BARGAIN, SELL AND CONVEY unto the said CITY OF LA PORTE,
<br />
<br />TEXAS, a municipal corporation, its successors ,and assigns, for use
<br />by the City of La Porte, the perpetual right, privilege and
<br />
<br />easement, with appropriate rights of ingress and egress and
<br />
<br />reasonable working area for construction and maintenance, to enter
<br />
<br />upon and construct, reconstruct, maintain, operate, inspect,
<br />
<br />replace, repair and remove, a twelve inch (l2n) water line and
<br />
<br />facilities, over and across certain lands and premises owned by the
<br />
<br />said Grantor, and located in in Harris County, Texas, said easement
<br />
<br />being more particularly described as a ten foot (lO') wide strip of
<br />
<br />land, immediately south of and contiguous to the right-of-way of
<br />Spencer Highway, based on one hundred foot (lOO') right-of-way
<br />
<br />width, the property being burdened with said ten foot (lO') wide
<br />
<br />water line easement being more particularly described as follows,
<br />
<br />to-wit:
<br />
<br />Lots lO' & l08, Block 8, Spencer Highway Estates, an
<br />addition in Harris County, Texas, according to the map
<br />or plat recorded in the Records of Harris County, Texas.
