Harris Survey Abstract No. 30 and being a portion of the I-M Management Co. No. 17 Ltd. tract as recorded on F.C. 160-37-0663, H.C.D.R., Texas and being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a point in the East right-of-way of St. Hwy. 146 said point being 60 feet South of the intersection of the North line of the W.P. Harris Survey Abstract No. 30 and the South line of the Johnson Hunter Survey Abstract No. 35; THENCE East along the common line between the I-M Management Co. No. 18 Ltd. tract as recorded on F.C. 160-37-0669 and the tract herein described a distance of 10 feet to a point; THENCE South along a line 10 feet East of and parallel to the East right-of-way of St. Hwy. 146 a distance of 130.02 feet to a point marking the beginning of a curve to the right; THENCE South continuing along a curve to the right 10 feet East of and parallel to the East right-of-way of St. Hwy. 146 having a radius of 5916.03 feet a distance of 697.20 feet to a point in the South line of the tract herein described; THENCE West along the South line of the tract herein described a distance of 10 feet to a point on a curve in the East right-of- way of St. Hwy. 146; THENCE North along the East right-of-way of St. Hwy. 146-and a curve to the left having a radius of 5906.03 feet a distance of 696.02 feet to the point of tangency; THENCE North continuing along the East right-of-way of St. Hwy. 146 a distance of 130.02 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING and containing 8266.30 S.F. or 0.190 acres more or less.
