Wide Utility Easement No.5 BEING a tract or parcel of land in the City of LaPorte, Harris County, Texas, situated in the Johnson Hunter Survey Abstract No. 35 and being a portion of Blocks One Thousand Two Hundred Eleven (1211), One Thousand Two Hundred Twenty-eight (1228), One'Thousand Two Hundred Fourty-five (1245), and One Thousand Two Hundred Seventy (1270) by deeds to Mathilde B. Weems, et al as per the plat of the Town of LaPorte Vol. 60, Pg. 112, 113, 114, H.C.D.R., and being more particularly described as follows: COMMENCING at the southwest corner of Block One Thousand One Hundred Ninety-four (1194) said point being the intersection of the East right-of-way of St. Hwy. 146 and the North right- of-way of IIplI Street; THENCE South crossing IIplI Street at a right angle a distance of 80 feet to a point in the South right-of-way of IIplI Street; THENCE West along the South right-of-way of IIplI Street a distance of 16.62 feet to a point in the East right-of-way of St. Hwy. 146 marking the POINT OF BEGINNING: THENCE East along the South right-of-way of IIplI Street a distance of 10 feet to a point; THENCE South along a line 10 feet East and parallel to the East right-of-way of St. Hwy. 146 a distance of 1881.51 feet to a point in the North line of a tract of land conveyed to I-M Management Co. No. 18 Ltd. as recorded on F.C. 160-37-0669 H.C.D.R., Texas; THENCE West along the North line of said I-M Management Co. No. 18 Ltd. tract a distance of 10 feet to a point in the East right-of-way of St. Hwy. 146; THENCE North along the East right-of-way of St. Hwy. 146 a distance of 1881.51 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING and containing 18815.10 S.F. or 0.432 acres more or less.
