<br />That ELIZABETH WEEMS, BEN F. WEEMS, and F. CARRINGTON

<br />WEEMS, Individually and as Independent Co-Executors of the
<br />Estate of Mathilde B. Weems, Deceased, and FIRST CITY
<br />NATIONAL BANK OF HOUSTON, TRUSTEE of the Wharton Weems

<br />Estate Trust for Elizabeth Weems, Ben F. Weems and F.

<br />Carrington Weems, for and in consideration of the sum of
<br />
<br />Ten Dollars ($10.00) cash and other good and valuable
<br />
<br />considerations to us in hand paid by the CITY OF LA PORTE,
<br />
<br />a municipal corporation, receipt of which is hereby acknowl-
<br />edged, and the further consideration of the benefits to be
<br />
<br />derived by it on account of the construction, reconstruction

<br />and maintenance by the City of La Porte of the said water
<br />
<br />lines in, on and through its certain premises hereinafter
<br />

<br />described, do hereby give and grant to the said City of La
<br />
<br />Porte, a municipal corporation of Harris County, Texas, the
<br />
<br />right to construct, reconstruct and perpetually maintain
<br />
<br />water lines, together with all necessary laterals, in, upon,
<br />
<br />across, and under the following described property, to-wit:
<br />
<br />Those certain lots, tracts, or parcels of
<br />land, described on Exhibits "A" through
<br />"G", both inclusive, attached hereto, in-
<br />corporated by reference herein, and made
<br />a part hereof for all purposes.
<br />
<br />To have and to hold the same perpetually to the City of
<br />
<br />La Porte, and its successors, together with the right and
<br />
<br />privilege at any and all times to enter said premises, or
<br />
<br />any part thereof, for the purpose of constructing, recon-
<br />
<br />structing and maintaining said water lines, and for making
<br />
<br />connections therewith; all upon the condition that in the
<br />
<br />use of said rights and privileges herein granted the City
<br />
