<br />THAT I, M.D. (Adell) Collette, of Angelina County, Texas,
<br />hereinafter called the Grantor (whether one or more) for and in
<br />
<br />consideration of the sum of Ten and No/IOO Dollars ($10.00) cash and
<br />
<br />other good and valuable considerations, to us in hand paid by the
<br />
<br />City of La Porte, a municipal corporation, of Harris County, Texas,

<br />the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged and

<br />confessed, have this day GRANTED, BARGAINED, SOLD AND CONVEYED and
<br />by these presents does GRANT, BARGAIN, SELL AND CONVEY unto the said

<br />CITY OF LA PORTE, TEXAS, a municipal corporation, its successors and
<br />
<br />assigns, for use by the City of La Porte, the perpetual right,
<br />privilege and easement, with appropriate rights of ingress and
<br />
<br />egress and reasonable working area for construction and maintenance,
<br />
<br />to enter upon and construct, reconstruct, maintain, operate,
<br />
<br />inspect, replace, repair and remove, a twelve inch (12W) water line
<br />and facilities, over and across certain lands and premises owned by
<br />
<br />the said Grantor, and ~ocated in in Harris County, Texas, said
<br />
<br />easement being more particularly described as a ten foot (10') wide
<br />strip of land, immediately south of and contiguous to the right-of-
<br />way of Spencer Highway, based on one hundred foot (100') right-of-
<br />
<br />way width, the property being burdened with said ten foot (10') wide
<br />water line easement being more particularly described as follows,
<br />to-wit:
<br />
<br />Lots 111, 112, & 113, Block 7, Spenwick Place, Section One (1),
<br />an addition in Harris County, Texas, according to the map or
<br />plat recorded in tVolume 42, Page 64 of the Map Records of
<br />Harris County, Texas.
