<br />maintenance, to enter upon and construct, reconstruct, maintain,

<br />operate, inspect, replace, repair and remove, a twelve inch (12n)

<br />water line and facilities, over and across certain lands and
<br />
<br />premises owned by the said Grantor, and located in in Harris County,
<br />Texas, said easement being more particularly described as a ten foot
<br />
<br />(10') wide strip of land, immediately south of and contiguous to the
<br />right-of-way of Spencer Highway, based on one hundred foot (100')
<br />
<br />right-of-way width, the property being burdened with said ten foot
<br />
<br />(10') wide water line easement being more particularly described as
<br />
<br />follows, to-wit:

<br />Lot 4, Block 1, Spencer Highway Estates, an addition
<br />in Harris County, Texas, according to the map or plat
<br />recorded in Harris County, Texas.
