<br />inspect, replace, repair and remove, a twelve inch (120) water line

<br />and facilities, over and across certain lands and premises owne~ by

<br />the said Grantor, and located in Harris County, Texas, said easement

<br />being more particularly described as a ten foot (10') wide strip of
<br />
<br />land, immediately south of and contiguous to the right-of-way of
<br />Spencer Highway, based on one hundred foot (IOO') right-of-way
<br />width, the property being burdened with said ten foot (10') wide
<br />water line easement being more particularly described as follows,

<br />Lots 18 through 19, inclusive, Block 1, Spenwick Place,
<br />Section One (1), an addition in Harris County, Texas,
<br />according to the map or plat recorded in Volume 42,
