Jones Survey, Abstract 482, being described <br />by metes and bounds in an instrument recorded <br />under Clerk's File No. E-165986 and Film Code <br />No. 104-10-0356 in the Official Public Records <br />of Real Property of Harris County, Texas. <br /> <br />13- <br /> <br />II. A temporary easement for construction purposes to <br /> <br />allow for the initial work of construction and installation of the <br /> <br />aforesaid water line. <br /> <br />Said temporary construction easement shall <br /> <br />authorize and permit Grantee and its officers, agents, employees, <br /> <br />contractors and servants to enter upon a ten-foot (10') wide strip <br /> <br />of land lying immediately south of, and adjacent to the <br /> <br />hereinabove described permanent easement. <br /> <br />The temporary <br /> <br />construction easement granted herein shall continue for a period <br /> <br />of one hundred twenty (120) days from the date of execution of <br /> <br />this instrument and shall automatically terminate at said time <br /> <br />without any action then being necessary by Grantor, unless such <br /> <br />period be extended in writing by Grantor. <br /> <br />- 2 - <br />
