<br />hereinafter called the Grantor (whether one or more) for and in

<br />City of La Porte, a municipal corporation, of Harris County, Texas,
<br />the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged and

<br />confessed, have this day GRANTED, BARGAINED, SOLD AND CONVEYED and
<br />by these presents does GRANT, BARGAIN, SELL AND CONVEY unto the said

<br />CITY OF LA PORTE, TEXAS, a municipal corporation, its successors and
<br />
<br />assigns, for use by the City of La Porte, the perpetual right,
<br />privilege and easement, with appropriate rights of ingress and
<br />
<br />egress and reasonable working area for construction and maintenance,
<br />
<br />to enter upon and construct, reconstruct, maintain, operate,
<br />
<br />inspect, replace, repair and remove, a twelve inch (12-) water line
<br />and facilities, over and across certain lands and premises owned by
<br />
<br />the said Grantor, and located in in Harris County, Texas, said
<br />
<br />easement being more particularly described as a ten foot (10.) wide
<br />strip of land, immediately south of and contiguous to the right-of-
<br />way of Spencer Highway, based on one 'hundred foot (100.) right-of-
<br />way width, the property being burdened with said ten foot (10.) wide
<br />
<br />water line easement being more particularly described as follows,
<br />
<br />to-wit:

<br />Lot 10, Block 2~~Spencer Highway Estates, an addition
<br />in Harris County, Texas, according to the map or plat
<br />recorded in the Records of Harris County, Texas.
