<br />Section 1. The City Council of the City of Morgan's point,
<br />~ex~s, by passage of this Ordinance~ hereby gives, grants, and
<br />conveys to the City of La Porte, a municipal corporation, its
<br />
<br />successors and assigns, a rail easement on, over, and across, the
<br />
<br />western ten foot (10') residue of 9th Avenue, adjacent to Block 474,
<br />Town of La Porte, and adjacent to the abandoned right-of-way of
<br />
<br />former North -H- Street, in the City of Morgan's point, Texas.
