<br />TEN FOOT WATER, LINE EASEMENT,

<br />A ten (10) foot strip of land lying over and across a 28.2125
<br />acre tract being part of and out of Lots 29, 28, 27, 26, and 25,
<br />STRANGE SUBDIVISION per map or plat of said Subdivision recorded in
<br />Volume 75, Page 22 of the Deed Records of Harris County, Texas, and
<br />also being part of and out of the original tract of heretofore,
<br />conveyed to Edward Klein by deed recorded in Volume 1196, Page 725
<br />of the Harris County Deed Records, in the Enoch Brinson Survey,
<br />Abstract No.5, in LaPorte, Harris County, Texasi said ten foot
<br />strip of land being more particularly described by metes and bounds
<br />as follows:

<br />COMMENCING at a 5/8-inch iron rod marking the Northwest corner
<br />of said 28.2125 acre tract, on tile west line of said Brinson
<br />Survey, same being the east'line of the N. Clopper, Jr. Survey,
<br />same being the west line of said STRANG SUBDIVtSIONi

<br />THENCE, S 02 deg. 58' 50" E, along the west line of said
<br />28.2125 acre tract, on the west line of said Brinson Survey, alos
<br />being the east line of said Clopper Survey, being the west line of
<br />STRANGE SUBDIVISION, for a distance of 538.30 feet to a point for

<br />THENCE, N 87 deg. 04' 40" E, across a ten (10) foot wide
<br />utility easement conveyed to the City of LaPorte as described in
