<br />SOLD ARB COlllVIU:JW and by these presents, does GBANT, SELL AlIID CONVEY unto said

<br />Grantee, its successors and assigns, an easement for electric distribution
<br />
<br />facilities
<br />
<br />(consisting of all necessary and desirable equipment and
<br />
<br />appurtenances) at, below and from ground level upward, located on, under, over,
<br />
<br />and across the following described lands, to wit:

<br />Lots 1 and 2, in Block I, of W. J. Payne Subdivision, located within
<br />the W. M. Jones League, Abstract 482, in Harris County, Texas,
<br />according to the map or plat thereof, recorded in Volume 384, Page
<br />161, of the Deed Records of said County and State, and being the same
<br />property described in a deed to City of laPorte by the United States
<br />of America, dated June 4, 1947, and recorded in Volume 1614, Page 190,
<br />of the Deed Records of Harris County, Texas.

<br />The easements herein granted are described as follows:
<br />
<br />1. An easement five (5) feet wide, the location of the centerline of
<br />which 1s shown by a dot-dash symbol on Sketch No. 92-360, attached
<br />hereto and made a part hereof.
<br />
<br />2. An easement five (5)-foot square for Grantee's padmounted
<br />transformer station, the location of which is shown by a crosshatched
<br />area on said attached sketch.
<br />
<br />Grantee shall also have rights of ingress and egress to and from said
<br />
<br />easement, together with reasonable working space, for the purposes of erecting,
<br />
<br />installing, operating, maintaining, replacing, inspecting, and removing said
<br />
<br />electric distribution facilities, together with the additional right to remove
<br />
<br />from said easement and land adj oining thereto I all bushes I trees and parts
