An easement five (5) feet wide, the location of the centerline of <br />which 1s shown by a dot-dash symbol on Sketch No. 92-360, attached <br />hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> <br />2. An easement five (5)-foot square for Grantee's padmounted <br />transformer station, the location of which is shown by a crosshatched <br />area on said attached sketch. <br /> <br />Grantee shall also have rights of ingress and egress to and from said <br /> <br />easement, together with reasonable working space, for the purposes of erecting, <br /> <br />installing, operating, maintaining, replacing, inspecting, and removing said <br /> <br />electric distribution facilities, together with the additional right to remove <br /> <br />from said easement and land adj oining thereto I all bushes I trees and parts <br />
