't =4 3:' 28~ 0 SEWER LINE EASEMENT { { { KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: 09129193 00963509 P474101 $ 9..0Cf THAT I, BRUCE ANGEL, of Harris County, Texas, hereinafter called the Grantor (whether one or more) for and in consideration of the sum of Ten and NO/100 Dollars ($10.00) cash and other good and valuable considerations, to me in hand paid by the CITY OF LA PORTE, a municipal corporation, of Harris County, Texas, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged and confessed, has this day GRANTED, BARGAINED, SOLD AND CONVEYED and by these presents does GRANT, BARGAIN, SELL AND CONVEY unto the said CITY OF LA PORTE, I..-R-A.-..-' TEXAS, a municipal corporation, its successors and assigns, for use by the City of La Porte, the perpetual right, privilege and easement, with appropriate rights of ingress and egress and reasonable working area for construction and maintenance, to enter upon and construct, reconstruct, maintain, operate, inspect, replace, repair and remove, a twelve inch (12") sewer line and facilities, over and across certain lands and premises owned by the said Grantor, and located in Harris County, Texas, the property being burdened with said sewer line easement being more particularly described as follows, to-wit: See Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof for all purposes. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described easement together with all and singular the rights and appurtenances thereto in anywise belonging unto the said CITY OF LA PORTE, TEXAS, its successors and assigns, in accordance with the terms and conditions hereinabove set forth. The Grantor does hereby bind himself, his heirs, executors and administrators to WARRANT AND FOREVER DEFEND, all and singular
