Ft. or 0.0138 Acres <br /> <br />FIELD NOTE DESCRIPTION to a tract of land containing 599.92 sq. <br />ft., more or less and situated in the 17.5554 acres tract of land <br />out of Reserve "A" of Brookglen Street dedication in the W. M. <br />Jones Survey, abstract no. 482, Harris County, Texas, recorded in <br />Volume 198, Page 76 H.C.M.R., said 599.92 sq. ft. tract being more <br />particularly described by metes and bounds as follows; <br /> <br />COMMENCING at a found 1/2" iron rod for the southeast corner of the <br />aforementioned 17.5554 acre tract, same being on the west R.O.W. of <br />Luella Blvd. (75' wide) and the northeast corner of 65' wide H.L. <br />& P.
