Ft. or 0.0138 Acres 163-56-0895 FIELD NOTE DESCRIPTION to a tract of land containing 599.92 sq. ~ ft., more or less and situated in the 17.5554 acres tract of land JI out of Reserve "A" of Brookg1en Street dedication in the W. M. Jones Survey, abstract no. 482, Harris County, Texas, recorded in Volume 198, Page 76 H.C.M.R., said 599.92 sq. ft. tract being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows; COMMENCING at a found 1/.2.!' -iron rod, for the southeast corner of the- aforementioned 17.5554 acre tract, same being on the west R.O.W. of Luella Blvd. (75' wide) and the northeast corner of 65' wide H.L. & P.
