J. Payne Subdivision ( Vol. 384, Pg. 161 of <br />the Deed Records of Harris County ) to Gulf Coast Presbytery, <br />United Presbyterian Church on September 18,1964, The 12.00 feet <br />wide sewer line easement is more particularly, described by metes <br />and bounds as follows; <br /> <br />Beginning at a 3/4 inch iron pipe found for the Southeast corner <br />of the aforementioned 5.00 acre tract, the Southeast corner of <br />this 12.00 wide easement and the POINT OF BEGINNING. <br /> <br />Thence, S 89 degrees 59 minutes 08 seconds W ( call West ); <br />coincident with the North right-of-way line of Spencer Highway ( <br />100 feet wide right-of-way ) and the South boundary line of the <br />5.00 acre" tract; a distance of 277.34 feet ( call 277 feet) to a <br />1/2 inch iron rod found for the Southwest corner of the 5,00 acre <br />tract. <br /> <br />Thence, N 00 degrees 04 minutes 11 seconds E ( call N 00 degrees <br />02 minutes 00 seconds W ); coincident with the West boundary line <br />of the aforementioned 5.00 acre tract and the East boundary line <br />of that certain 4.111 acre tract conveyed to Harolp p, Pfeiffer <br />by Hamilton Greenhouse, Inc. according to the instrument recorded <br />under Harris County Clerk's File 'No. K164479; a distance of 12.00 <br />feet to a point for for the Northwest corner of this easement. <br /> <br />Thence, N 89 degrees 59 minutes 08 seconds E; parallel with the <br />South boundary line of the aforementioned 5.00 acre tract and the <br />North right-of-way line of Spencer Highway; a distance of 277,34 <br />feet to a point for the Northeast corner of this eas,~me~t'/ <br /> <br />\, <br /> <br />_, I."" ~ <br />Thence, S 00 degrees 01 minutes 39 seconds'W.( pall S 00 degrees <br />02 minutes 00 seconds W ); coincident with the East boundary line <br />of the aforementioned 5,00 acre tract of land and the East <br />boundary line of Lot 10, Block 2 of the W.
