However an easement <br />to accommodate these facilities has been granted as shown On the attached <br />Houston Lighting & Power Company sketch or easement instrument. ~herefore, <br />this Company will interpose no objection to the closure of the area as <br />highlighted on the attached plat/sketch. <br /> <br />This letter of COncurrence shall become null and void in the event two (2) <br />years has transpired from the above date and this street/alley closure has <br />not been completed.
